We confirm a pickup window, inspect the vehicle with you, note its condition and load it securely.

Delivery
We deliver, walk the vehicle with you against the pickup inspection, and hand over the keys.

- Policy: deposits reserve your spot on our schedule and are non-refundable, but can be applied to a rescheduled pickup date.

How much does it cost to ship a car?
Price depends on distance, route, vehicle size, whether it runs, and timing. Send a quote request and we'll give you an exact price — no obligation.
What areas do you serve?
We focus on the Southeast: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee, with hubs in Winter Haven, FL and Smithfield, NC. Ask about other routes.
What kind of trailer do you use?
We run open transport with a hotshot-style gooseneck car hauler: a 3-car gooseneck low-profile deckover trailer pulled by a dually pickup. It handles cars, SUVs, pickups and vans — ask if your vehicle is oversized or extra heavy.
Can you move a car that doesn't run?
Tell us in the form. Inoperable vehicles may be possible depending on the situation and equipment needed; we'll confirm when we quote.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit is 25% of your quoted transport price, due at booking to reserve your pickup date. You pay it through a secure QuickBooks payment link by card or ACH. The remaining balance is due at delivery by cash, Zelle, card, or QuickBooks invoice.
Is the deposit refundable? What if I need to reschedule?
Deposits reserve your spot on our schedule and are non-refundable, but your deposit can be applied to a rescheduled pickup date. Let us know as early as possible if your dates change.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. Gorilla Transport LLC is insured with $1M liability and $250K cargo coverage. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Can I leave personal items in the car?
Please remove personal items before pickup. Our cargo insurance covers the vehicle, not loose personal belongings, and items left in the vehicle travel at the owner’s risk.
How should I prepare my car?
Remove valuables and toll tags, note any existing damage, leave about a quarter tank of fuel, and make sure we can reach you on pickup day.
